By accessing or using Cesar.chat (the "Service"), including our Chrome extension, website, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Cesar.chat provides an enhanced messaging inbox for LinkedIn, delivered primarily through a Chrome browser extension. The Service is designed to help founders, recruiters, and sales teams manage their LinkedIn direct messages more efficiently.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan at the prices in effect at the time of purchase
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or LinkedIn's terms of service
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cesar.chat and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service integrates with LinkedIn and may interact with other third-party services. Your use of LinkedIn is subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn or any third-party service, including account restrictions or suspensions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cesar.chat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cesar.chat and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
